Nature of business: The investment objective of the ETF is to provide interest income to Unitholders primarily through exposure to U.S. Treasury Bills with remaining maturities of three months or less.

Initial public offering: The ETF issues Units on a continuous basis and there is no maximum number of Units that may be issued. Units sold in connection with the Offering of the ETF will amount to 20,000 Units at a price of US$50.00 per Unit.
