Nature of business: The ETF seeks to replicate, to the extent possible, the performance of a Canadian equity index, net of expenses. Currently, the ETF seeks to replicate the performance of the S&P/TSX 60 Index.

Distributions: Cash distributions on Units of the ETF are expected to be made on a quarterly basis in the currency in which the units are denominated, if at all.
