Nature of business: The ETF seeks to replicate, to the extent reasonably possible and before fees and expenses, the performance of the Solactive Global Cyber Security Index Canadian Dollar Hedged, or any successor thereto. The ETF invests primarily in equity securities of companies located domestically or internationally that are involved in the cyber security industry through hardware and software development.

Distributions Cash distributions of income, if any, on Units will be payable on a monthly basis.
Additional Information: The primary difference between the Unhedged Units and the Hedged Units of the ETF is that the exposure in relation to the Unhedged Units to currencies other than the Canadian dollar will not be hedged back to the Canadian dollar.

Initial public offering: 50,000 Hedged Units and 50,000 Unhedged Unit will be issued at a subscription price of $20.00 per Unit. The ETF is authorized to issue an unlimited number of Units, each of which represents an equal, undivided interest in the net assets of the ETF. Units of the ETF are being issued and sold on a continuous basis and there is no maximum number of Units that may be issued.
