Nature of business: The ETF seeks to replicate, to the extent possible, the performance of a broad United States high yield corporate bond market index, net of expenses. The investment strategy of the ETF is currently to invest in and hold the Constituent Securities of the Bloomberg Barclays U.S. High Yield Very Liquid Index in the same proportion as they are reflected in the Bloomberg Barclays U.S. High Yield Very Liquid Index or securities intended to replicate the performance of the Index.

Initial public offering: 100,000 Units will be issued at a subscription price of $20.00 per Unit. The ETF is authorized to issue an unlimited number of Units, each of which represents an equal, undivided interest in the net assets of the ETF. The Units of the ETF are being issued and sold on a continuous basis and there is no maximum number of Units that may be issued.
