Nature of business: The ETF seeks to replicate, to the extent reasonably possible before fees and expenses, the performance of LibertyQ Global Dividend Index, or any successor thereto. It invests primarily in dividend-paying equity securities of issuers located in developed and emerging markets.
Transfer agent and registrar: State Street Trust Company Canada at its principal office in Toronto.
Distributions: Cash distributions on Units of the ETF will be paid on a quarterly basis.

Initial public offering: 250,000 Units will be issued at a subscription price of $20.00 per Unit. The ETF is authorized to issue an unlimited number of Units, each of which represents an equal, undivided interest in the net assets of the ETF. Units of the ETF are being issued and sold on a continuous basis and there is no maximum number of Units that may be issued.
