Nature of business: The ETF seeks to seeks to maximize, consistent with prudent investment management, total investment return, consisting of a combination of interest income and capital appreciation by investing primarily in investment grade fixed or floating-rate debt securities issued by governments, government related entities (including supranational organizations supported by several national governments) and corporations worldwide.
Transfer agent and registrar: State Street Trust Company Canada at its principal office in Toronto.
Distributions: Cash distributions on Units of the ETF will be paid on a monthly basis.

Initial public offering: 250,000 Units will be issued at a subscription price of $20.00 per Unit. The ETF is authorized to issue an unlimited number of Units, each of which represents an equal, undivided interest in the net assets of the ETF. Units of the ETF are being issued and sold on a continuous basis and there is no maximum number of Units that may be issued.
