Nature of business: The Fund seeks to replicate, to the extent possible, the performance of the iSTOXX® Developed Markets B.R.AI.N. Index, net of expenses. The fund directly or indirectly invests in equity securities of companies that are exposed to four technology-oriented themes: biotechnology, robotics, artificial intelligence and nanotechnology (collectively, "B.R.AI.N.").
