The ETF seeks to replicate, to the extent reasonably possible and before fees and expenses, the performance of the John Hancock Dimensional Emerging Markets Index (CAD), or any successor thereto. The ETF invests directly or indirectly primarily in equity securities of issuers from emerging markets.

Initial public offering:

300,000 Unhedged Units will be issued at a subscription price of $25.00 per Unit. The ETF is authorized to issue an unlimited number of Units, each of which represents an equal, undivided interest in the net assets of the ETF. The Units of the ETF are being issued and sold on a continuous basis and there is no maximum number of Units that may be issued.
