The ETF is an exchange traded fund established as a trust under the laws of the Province of Ontario effective January 15, 2019 pursuant to an amended and restated master declaration of trust.

Nature of business:

The ETF seeks to replicate, to the extent reasonably possible before fees and expenses, the performance of the FTSE Canada All Cap Domestic Index, or any successor thereto. It invests primarily in equity securities of Canadian issuers.

Cash distributions on Units of the ETF will be paid on a quarterly basis.
