Nature of business:

The ETF seeks to replicate, to the extent reasonably possible before fees and expenses, the performance of the FTSE Developed Europe ex UK Index, or any successor thereto. It invests primarily in equity securities of large- and mid-capitalization issuers in developed markets in Europe excluding the United Kingdom.

Transfer agent and registrar:

State Street Trust Company Canada at its principal office in Toronto.

Distributions:

Cash distributions on Units of the ETF will be paid on a semi-annual basis.
