Nature of business: The ETF aims to achieve a high level of income with the potential for capital gains. It seeks a similar return to Fidelity Systematic U.S. High Yield Bond ETF (the "underlying Fidelity ETF") by investing substantially all of its assets in units of the underlying Fidelity ETF. The underlying Fidelity ETF invests primarily in U.S. high yield securities, leveraging a quantitative multi-factor model. The ETF uses derivatives to try to minimize the exposure to currency fluctuations between the U.S. and Canadian dollars.

Distributions: Cash distributions on Units of the ETF will be made monthly. The Manager may, in its discretion, change the frequency of cash distributions, and will issue a press release if such a change is made, or the Manager may make additional distributions if determined to be appropriate.
