TSX Delisting Review – Exall Energy Corporation (EE, EE.DB)

DELISTING REVIEW Exall Energy Corporation (the "Company") – Further to TSX Bulletin 2015-0301 dated March 27, 2015, TSX has determined to delist the common shares and debentures (Symbols: EE and EE.DB) (collectively, the "Securities") of the Company at the close of business on April 30, 2015 for failure to meet the continued listing requirements of TSX. The Securities will remain suspended from trading.
