TSX DRK Provide Dark Liquidity (PDL) Update
TSX DRK (TSXV - TSX DRK) recently announced the regulatory approval and launch of the Provide Dark Liquidity ("PDL") order attribute on the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") and TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV"), which went into production on August 22, 2022. TSX DRK PDL continues to build on the growth and functionality of the TSX DRK market, allowing these PDL orders to only interact with other dark liquidity in the order book and creating a unique dark experience. TSX DRK offers a wide range of strategies for dark-only or sweeping the displayed book.
PDL is currently being offered to clients at no charge. TSX and TSXV intend to implement fees relating to PDL functionality, subject to regulatory approval. A separate notice will be issued when regulatory approval is obtained. All other DRK fees will remain the same.
