TMX Equity Trading Notice
TMX Equities Announces TSX DRK Provide Dark Liquidity (PDL) Fee Schedule
Pursuant to Equities Trading Notice 2022-014, TMX Equities is pleased to provide the TSX DRK Provide Dark Liquidity (PDL) Fee Schedule, which was made available for trading on Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange listed securities effective August 22, 2022. TMX is also pleased to announce that we have received regulatory approval to introduce the following fee schedule, taking effect on December 1, 2022. An updated fee schedule can be found here for TSX and TSXV.
