TMX Operational Notice
Change to Order Entry Session Bundle Fees
Further to Equities Trading Notice 2022-019, TMX Equities is advising clients that effective April 1, 2023, order entry session bundle fees for the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX"), TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") and TSX Alpha Exchange ("Alpha") will be amended as follows:

*The current $500 one-time set-up fee will be replaced with the fees as set out above
**The new fee structure has received full regulatory approval
Subsequent to the initial notice and based on industry feedback, we have modified the fee structure from the initial notification to now provide two free session bundles for each firm. For clarity, one order entry session bundle represents access to the full symbol range on TSX, TSXV and Alpha. Billing will be made directly to each Member Firm.
