After extensive consultations with deal makers, local and national advisory committees, and the broader venture market community, TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) recently announced substantive changes to Policy 5.4 of the Corporate Finance Manual, which came into effect on June 2, 2025.

The Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) announced a proposed multi-year pilot to allow eligible venture issuers to voluntarily adopt semi-annual financial reporting (the SAR Pilot).
