Technical Issue Impacting TMX IP processing Nasdaq CHX data via TCF Site
Attention TMX Information Processor Clients
Please be aware that TMX IP is investigating an issue with permanently missed messages on the CDF-CHX, CBBO, CDB, CLS from the Toronto (TCF) location. As a result, Chi-X data has been removed from CBBO, CDB and CLS from our TCF site.
All feeds are operating normally out of Markham (MCC) location.
Feeds Affected: CDF-CHX, CBBO, CLS, CDB
Site(s) Impacted: TCF
Customer Action: Clients are advised to consume CDF-CHX, CBBO, CDB, CLS data from the Markham (MCC) as their primary source of data for the remainder of the day and not packet arbitrate.
