Nature of business: The investment objectives of the ETF are to provide unitholders with stable monthly cash distributions, and the opportunity for capital appreciation and low overall volatility of portfolio returns by investing in a portfolio of North American large capitalization equity securities. The ETF seeks to hedge substantially all of its direct foreign currency exposure back to the Canadian dollar.

The ETF is authorized to issue an unlimited number of CAD Units, each of which represents an equal, undivided interest in the net assets of the ETF. CAD Units of the ETF are being issued and sold on a continuous basis and there is no maximum number of CAD Units that may be issued.
