Nature of business: CI ETF seeks to replicate, to the extent reasonably possible, the performance of a global digital security industry index, net of expenses. Currently, CI ETF seeks to replicate the performance of the Solactive Digital Security CAD Hedged Index NTR (the "Index"). The Index intends to track the performance of companies that have business operations in the global digital security industry using the ARTIS® classification system. The Index hedges foreign currency exposure back to Canadian dollars.

Dividends: Cash distributions of income, if any, on the Units will be paid quarterly.

Initial public offering: 50,000 Units will be issued at a subscription price of C$20.00 per Unit. CI ETF is authorized to issue an unlimited number of Units, each of which represents an undivided interest in the net assets of CI ETF. The Units of CI ETF are being issued and sold on a continuous basis and there is no maximum number of Units that may be issued.
