Nature of business: The ETF seeks to replicate, to the extent reasonably possible and before fees and expenses, the performance of the Solactive USD High Yield Corporates Total Market Hedged to CAD Index, or any successor thereto. It invests primarily in high yield rated corporate bonds issued in U.S. dollars, either directly or indirectly, with its foreign currency hedged back to the Canadian dollar.

Initial public offering: 10,000 Units will be issued at a subscription price of $100 per Unit. The ETF is authorized to issue an unlimited number of Units, each of which represents an equal, undivided interest in the Units' proportionate share of the assets of the ETF. Units of the ETF are being issued and sold on a continuous basis and there is no maximum number of Units that may be issued.
