C-Suite at The Open: A New Complimentary Virtual Visibility Opportunity

The COVID-19 pandemic has created heightened uncertainty and increased volatility in our capital markets. Across the world social distancing measures are being practiced by everyone. For the TMX Group's Company Services team, this difficulty led to opportunity, and the team was able to adjust to these unprecedented times by evolving it's in person C-Suite interviews to a new virtual initiative, the C-Suite at The Open. Supported by a strong belief of the importance to profile our listed issuers and ensure their stories are in front of investors, this new initiative was launched during the month of April as part of our broader visibility campaign.

The C-Suite at The Open is a video interview between members of the Capital Formation team and the senior executives of our listed issuers. The videos are released each day after the market open and are meant to highlight the unique perspectives of our listed issuers and provide insight to investors of how company executives are navigating the current environment.

In addition to posting the videos on TMX Money, we also distribute them through our social media platforms. Furthermore, through our partners, Cision and Market One Media Group, the videos are press released and receive augmented social media distribution.

Currently, we've filmed 21 videos and released 10. With over 10 videos in queue and recordings happening nearly everyday, this new initiative has gained traction with our issuers and the feedback has been very encouraging!
